The Holy Bible is the written Word of God. Here you can find the Catholic Holy Bible in all its three forms in HINDI – Written, Video & Audio.

This is a Book of 73 books. It is divided into two parts – The Old Testament and The New Testament.
There are 46 books in the Old Testament (Catholic) and 27 books in the New Testament. It is very important to introduce new Testament so that we can understand the things written in these books better.
In the New Testament, we can specifically read about the Life, teachings, work, Suffering, Death and Resurrection of the Lord Jesus Himself as well as the Life of  the Early Church.
These 27 books written in Greek have been written by the authors with the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. That’s why the Holy Bible is called “the Word of God in human words”.
It took about 50 to 60 years to write them and it took up to five centuries to get their approval.
The Life and Teachings of Lord Jesus Christ were being given orally to the disciples of Lord Jesus and to the disciples of the disciples too. They started writing these instructions given in oral form and after that started researching them. After some time they were edited. They started being used by Church of different places in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

Apart from these 27 books, many books were being used from place to place. Therefore it was necessary to determine how many of these books were “written by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit” which in English is called Canonicity.
